Q: Hi Linda, can you tell us about the feedback you received today? What products did the customer purchase? What size? How did they use our products?

A: Of course! This customer is from Japan and purchased a 1500×1000 mm cedar wood hot tub with an electric heater and a 2100×3600 mm barrel sauna. The sauna includes a Harvia electric heater, a 600 mm porch, and an 800 mm dressing room.

The customer uses the setup at home for 2-3 people and installed it in a camping area. During installation, they encountered some difficulties, but we promptly assisted them. I sent them an installation video, which helped them resolve most of the issues.

The customer shared that sitting in the sauna, they could enjoy the breathtaking snowy view of Mount Fuji through the small window—an absolutely magical experience! Additionally, the sauna is equipped with beautiful sauna accessories, and the nearby hot tub provides the perfect way to relax.

Q: Cedar wood is quite scarce in the market. How did the customer decide to purchase cedar materials from us?

A: This is an important consideration. We recommend that customers purchase our heaters and have them modified by local electricians to accommodate Japan’s 110V system. Customers are very happy with this solution as it seamlessly solves the voltage issue and allows them to enjoy our products without any technical difficulties.
