First Cooperation with a German Customer – Wood-Fired Hot Tub Order

This customer is from Germany. I found his information through Google and discovered that he is a professional sauna industry wholesaler through his beautiful website. I took the initiative to reach out to him via email to recommend our similar products.
Custom Wood Fired Hot Tubs
Luckily, he kindly replied and shared his requirements. He wanted to expand his product range with hot tubs featuring built-in wood-burning stoves, for 4-8 people, made from pure red cedar. I recommended our standard sizes of 1800mm and 2100mm in diameter, with a height of 1000mm, made from pure red cedar. However, due to limited supply, the price was quite high. I advised against it for customers with budget constraints, so I suggested Thermowood instead. Thermowood is similar to cedar in both function and appearance but offers a more competitive and reasonable price.
The customer accepted my suggestion and chose Thermowood. When I informed him that we would provide a free liner for each hot tub, he was very pleased and asked about the price of pine wood. After comparing prices and reviewing the local market, he decided to develop a new product with the best quality at the best price. Ultimately, he chose pine wood and placed an order for 32 sets of 1800mm x 1000mm hot tubs and 32 sets of 2100mm x 1000mm hot tubs.
