On December 8, 2019, Alphasauna warmly welcomed a Thai customer who operates a 1,000-square-meter supermarket specializing in sauna accessories and steam generator machines in Thailand. This customer works with six wholesalers and purchases between 50 and 300 sauna generator machines annually.

The purpose of his visit to China was to address concerns about the poor quality of products supplied by other Chinese manufacturers. He came to Alphasauna to inspect our products, as the steam generators he previously purchased had unstable performance, and the supplier failed to provide adequate after-sales support. As planned, the customer toured the production areas under the guidance of our engineers, gaining detailed insights into key components such as steam engine chassis, circuit boards, controllers, and the overall production process. His primary focus was to understand the sauna generator in depth, and he expressed great satisfaction with what he observed.

During his visit, the customer explored the sauna products in our showroom. Starting with our sauna accessories, he admired a wide range of items, including various styles of wooden barrels, wooden spoons, thermometers, and hygrometers. He then examined additional products such as hourglasses, pillows, backrests, sauna clocks, and sauna doors. From the materials to the craftsmanship, the customer appreciated and praised our unique designs.

Next, he explored our sauna rooms, which ranged from traditional vertical sauna rooms to wooden barrel sauna rooms. Under our guidance, he learned about the details of their construction, including the wood materials and assembly processes. When we introduced our wooden hot tub, which relies solely on assembly and waterproofing technology without the use of glue, he was amazed. He remarked that our sauna room accessories were the highest quality he had ever seen. Impressed by what he experienced, the customer placed an order with us on the spot.
