Alphasauna has built a complete closed-loop development system for cold plunge chillers and hot and cold therapy equipment. Our process covers early-stage solution design, customized product development, prototype assembly, trial production, full-machine performance testing, international compliance certification, and final mass production.
For ice bath chillers, our engineering team manages each stage carefully, including structural design, refrigeration system matching, water circulation design, heating and cooling function verification, disinfection system testing, electrical safety evaluation, and long-term reliability testing. This allows us to provide products that are not only market-ready, but also suitable for long-term commercial use.
Strict Quality Control System
Quality control is one of Alphasauna’s key strengths. We follow a standardized inspection process covering IQC, IPQC, and FQC, ensuring each product is checked from incoming materials to final shipment.
Our inspections include key components, coating adhesion, coating thickness, electrical parts, structural accessories, water circuit sealing, refrigerant leakage, electrical safety, cooling, heating, disinfection, and overall system performance. Key functions are tested with 100% full inspection before shipment.
For long-term reliability, Alphasauna also conducts outdoor aging tests, simulated transportation vibration tests, temperature rise tests, and continuous operation checks. Official testing reports can be provided when required.
