The carbon fiber mica heating plate is safe for direct viewing without eye protection and causes no harm.

The strips are typically 5mm thick, and the fully assembled large plates have a thickness of approximately 40mm, made with high-temperature-resistant tempered glass.

Our heating plates have an EMF level of 3-9mG, within the qualified low-magnetic wave range. Currently, our plates achieve approximately 3mG, earning the designation of low-magnetic heating plates. While some in the industry advertise "zero-radiation" plates, we maintain a fact-based approach.
Ordinary heating plates emit 70-120mG. For 230V heating plates, the EMF level is within 3mG at a safe distance, and for 120V heating plates, it is within 5mG.

The circulation system of our external-fired stove is based on the principle of physics. Hot water will come out from the heater's upper pipe, and cold water will flow into the stove through natural pressure from the lower pipe. This creates a natural circulation system.

1.Under normal assembly, there may be slight leakage at the beginning. Please fill it with water and leave it for 24 hours. After the wood absorbs water and expands, it will not leak.

2.If the customer does not assemble it properly, there may be a risk of leakage. In such cases, you can contact our technical team.

3.Although our products will not leak, some customers request swimming pool membranes for easier cleaning and maintenance.

Yes, they can be customized. We are a self-developed manufacturer and can customize any style.

This depends on the customer's installation situation:
If the customer has good installation skills and there is no obvious water leakage, glue is not required.

The chiller contains only water pumps and refrigerants, not a filter element, unless we add a filter to the system. If included, the filter element should be cleaned weekly and replaced annually. Customers can purchase filter elements from us. The filter element size is 183mm in diameter and 184.5mm in height, which may not be available locally.

Currently, tests show that both R410A and R32 refrigerants can be used for 110V chillers. The United States requires R32 or R454B refrigerants.

Yes, with a temperature difference of about 2 degrees. The system restarts if the temperature exceeds or falls below this range, operating in a variable frequency air conditioning mode.

The operation life of our chiller system is 5-10 years, as the technology is very mature. The only quick-wear part is the water pump, which has a working life of 30,000 hours.

If the machine is not filled with coolant, do not start it to avoid compressor damage. Operating under these conditions is not covered by the warranty. During use, ensure the cold tub is filled to the water level of the chiller's inlet and outlet. Plug in the power, turn on the pump, vacuumize, and fill with coolant. It is recommended that professionals handle this process.

No, the pH value reflects acidity or alkalinity. Ozone is used for disinfection and sterilization, not for controlling pH values.

Heat-treated wood is the most suitable choice due to its strong corrosion resistance, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. It offers high cost performance compared to cedar. For an economical model, heat-treated pine wood is recommended, while for a high-end model, heat-treated hemlock wood is preferred.

Thailand Rubber Wood: Recommended for indoor use only. If used outdoors, the service life is reduced to 1-2 years, so it is not recommended for outdoor applications.
Thermo-Rubber Wood: Suitable for outdoor use. When handled carefully and used appropriately, the service life for both materials can be 5-8 years.
