2. What are the warranty terms for Alphasauna saunas?
The sauna and wood-burning stove have a 3-5 year warranty, while the electric sauna heater has a 1-year warranty. (Free accessories are not covered by the warranty.)
3. Can the panoramic glass be replaced if it’s cracked or damaged?
If the product itself has quality issues (such as cracks or damage) upon receipt, we accept returns or exchanges. If problems arise during transportation, we will cover the claim according to the insurance policy in the buy agreement. If the product breaks after a period of use, you can choose to replace it from Alphasauna.
