AlphaSauna’s machines can not only precisely cut wooden boards into standard rectangles, but also grind the edges into rounded curves and mill out two recessed circular bases. Because the machine-processed dimensions are so precise and accurate, the depth to which each dial is embedded during the subsequent installation of the brass-framed dials remains exactly the same. This physically and structurally prevents external steam from escaping and causing damage to the back of the instrument.
