After receiving an order, our professional sales team carefully confirms the customer’s requirements, including the sauna’s type, wood types for saunas, size, quantity, delivery timeline, electrical specifications, and more. For customized saunas, we pay even more attention to the details to ensure accuracy.

Then the customer’s order details are summarized and made into a production order, and the customer’s needs are promptly conveyed to the order department. If it is a customized product, the design drawings confirmed with the customer must also be uploaded together.

Creating a Production Plan

Taking into account the factory’s production capacity, order type and material, delivery urgency, customer strength and other factors, the order department will reasonably allocate the customer’s order to the production schedule.
We offer priority production services to our VIP customers. If your order value is 3–5% higher than the market average, your production will be prioritized.

Procuring Materials

Once the order is scheduled, our order-following team coordinates with the purchasing department. Based on the production plan and our inventory levels, the purchasing team arranges procurement accordingly.

Production Management

Packaging and Delivery

After the sauna room is completed, we will carry out rigorous and meticulous packaging and cabinetry. Based on the mode of transportation, we use appropriate protective measures such as foam boards, dust-proof films, and fastening devices to prevent any damage during transit.
Before shipment, we will check whether the sauna room is fully equipped, whether it is equipped with sauna accessories, and whether it comes with an instruction manual and installation manual. If you want to take a video of the factory and inspect the goods remotely, we welcome it.

We also prepare the necessary export documents, including CIQ, fumigation certificates, phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, packing and warehouse declarations, and shipping terms such as FOB, CAF, and CIF to help customers with customs clearance and pickup.
