The customer requested a custom square sauna with dimensions of 2.4M in width, 2.4M in height, and 4M in length, including a dressing room. He was looking to expand his sauna business but was unsure about the best material and concerned about high costs.

Red cedar is the finest sauna material available, but its price has always been high and has never dropped in the market. To help the customer reduce costs, we recommended thermo wood, a more affordable alternative. This material closely resembles red cedar in both function and color, though it has a different scent—often described as similar to chocolate.

In the end, he chose a model from our website instead. He wanted a two-tier bench inside the sauna, which was no problem for us. I recommended our customized bench design, and he was very satisfied.

The stove is an essential part of a sauna, so I asked him which type he preferred—electric or wood-burning. He was unsure and initially considered buying both but was concerned about space constraints. He also mentioned that his area frequently experiences power outages and heavy summer rains.

To better understand his needs, I asked whether the sauna would be used indoors or outdoors. Since it would be installed in his yard, close to his home, I suggested a wood-burning stove as a reliable option, though it would require a steady supply of firewood. He was also interested in an electric stove, so I explained that our models support 220-240V, 110V, and 380-410V and asked which voltage met local requirements. He confirmed that 220-240V was suitable.
