Here, an Alphasauna manufacturer shares a true story about an Australian customer.Our client is a small family business. Before getting to know our company, Alphasauna, he cooperated with a supplier in the refrigeration business in Hangzhou (Aquila Outdoor). The customer felt that the quality of Aquila Outdoor was not good, so he found us and paid a deposit to buy our chiller and tub. But recently the customer said that he could not afford to pay our final payment because the Aquila outdoor chiller unit had screwed him up.Here is his story:

Our customer spends USD600 to purchase an Aquila outdoor chiller machine and then sells it for AUD 2,000. (The unit price of Aquila Outdoor is cheap.)However, many refrigerators broke when they arrived, and some broke after one or two months of use. The quality is worrisome!
Our customer’s buyer asked him for a refund, but Aquila Outdoor only bore the cost of 5 units for him, and the supplier did not handle the after-sales for the remaining 45 units, leaving my customer to handle it himself. As a result, my client had to bear the after-sales refund of approximately USD 10,000, so my client had no remaining funds to carry out further business and no way to pay our final payment.
This is the importance of product quality and supplier’s after sales service jobs. No one can guarantee 100% quality of electronic products without problems, but what is important is if there is a problem, whether the supplier assumes after-sales responsibilities and provides after-sales service.

Normally, we require customers to pay the final payment before we can ship the goods. But the customer now has no funds to pay the balance.
We told the customer that without the final payment, we agreed to ship 3 ice baths with a chiller and a barrel infrared sauna to the customer for emergency relief. The delivery amount was within the range of the deposit that the customer had previously paid. We hope that after receiving these goods, customers can quickly sell them and get cash back. We hope that after customers have cashback, they can buy the remaining products (there are still about USD26,000 of products, and we have done all of them). We don’t know whether the customer will come back to buy the remaining products, but we can only take a big gamble and believe that the customer will come back. We are willing to overcome difficulties with our customers.
