Infrared Sauna Room Production Rrocess
The production process of an infrared sauna room is quite different from that of a traditional outdoor sauna room. The difference lies in the processing of raw materials. The general process includes six steps: cutting → polishing → grooving (material selection) → installing the frame → pressing the panels → assembling.

Polishing of Inner and Outer Panels
The wood panels cut by the split saw require further polishing. Typically, we polish each panel 2–3 times to ensure the surface is as smooth and flat as possible.
Grooving of Inner and Outer Panels
In this step, we groove the polished panels to facilitate installation. At the same time, we sort out materials with defects or noticeable color differences.
Splicing Infrared Sauna Panels
We will select the sauna board. We have slotted the side of the sauna board. The slots are spliced into a plane. The plane and the internal keel are spliced together with environmentally friendly glue. Under normal circumstances, our keel is made of heat-treated wood.
Pressing Plate
We put the installed sauna board into the press machine for pressing, mainly to make the gusset plate and the keel more firmly bonded. It is worth noting that our press machine applies at least 2.5 tons of pressure and presses the sauna board for 4 to 12 hours.
Assembly of Infrared Sauna
After processing the four panels of the infrared sauna, we proceed with the installation. At this stage, we can install components according to the customer’s requirements, such as infrared heating panels. For customers who need electric heating sauna rooms, we can assemble them during this step as well. A quality inspection will be conducted once the installation is complete.
