How to Sauna Installation?is It Easy?

More and more people pay attention to health issues and buy and use saunas, so how to sauna installation? This question is something that users must figure out before using it. The following is the sauna installation guide provided by Alphasauna as a sauna manufacturer.
Preparation Before Sauna Installation
Screen the purchased wood, select the wood without knots and cut it into uniform long and short strips. The knots in the wood are easy to hide insects, which will damage the wood and affect the safety of the structure. Therefore, it cannot be used and the knotted parts need to be cut off. Short wood is chiseled and spliced, and long wood is directly chiseled. Use sandpaper or a grinder to smooth the surface of the wood and polish it with a machine. Then dry the wood (heat treatment) through a special process to ensure that the wood is dried. Wet wood is easy to deform and mold. Finally, apply wood wax oil to the wood and dry it. You also need to prepare the installed front and rear door panels, wooden stools, and wood stoves/electric heaters.
Barrel Sauna/Square Sauna Installation
Before the barrel sauna/square sauna installation, prepare the installed door panels, wooden benches, etc.
Step 1: Place the base of the sauna room on an even horizontal line. Take two wooden boards of the sauna room, one board is placed horizontally in the middle of the base, with the slot facing up, so that the two sides of the board are symmetrical, and one board is placed on the side of the sauna base to align and adjust. First, you should pay attention to the drainage hole in the middle fixed board, and also pay attention to the first fixed board placed in the middle position. The sauna room with a door needs to protrude forward 10cm. Measure the distance on both sides to see if it is symmetrical and then fix it with screws.
Step 2: Lay the wooden boards from both sides in turn according to the grooves. The sauna room with a door needs to protrude 10cm. Knock the wooden boards inwards from front to back to make the wooden boards more tightly connected and then fix them with screws
Step 3: One person finds the marked center point, and two people carry the installed front and rear door panels to the grooves one by one, take a wooden board and insert it into the slot to fix the door panels.
Step 4: Add wooden boards to the fixing grooves along the door panels from bottom to top, and after tightening with a wooden hammer, screw each board (half screwed in) for later adjustment. When installing the high boards, no screws are needed. Check the remaining template distance, adjust left and right, put the last board on and tighten it. Use steel belts to surround the sauna room, and tighten the front, middle and back ends with a wrench. Put the wooden bench board into the sauna room and fix it with screws on both sides. If there is a sauna room with a gate, install the outer gate in the same way.
Step 5: Install the insulation board and bottom plate, secure them behind the heater with wooden pads, and then install the heating equipment in the middle of the sauna. If it is a wood-burning stove, you also need to install a chimney.
Infrared Sauna Installation
Before infrared sauna installation, prepare the installed sauna wooden walls with infrared heating panels, control panel and power supply unit, as well as the installed roof wooden boards with LED lights and speakers, sauna floor boards, door boards and wooden bench boards.
Step 1: First select the location to be installed, place the sauna floor, then put the sauna wood panel wall with infrared panel into the floor slot and fix it with buckles.
Step 2: Install and fix the infrared panel at the foot of the wooden bench and connect the power cord to hide under the wooden bench seat, then put the wooden bench seat in.
Step 3: Put in and fix the installed roof wood panel with LED lights and speakers, and connect the power supply device on the sauna roof.
Step 4: Install and fix the door panel and door handle with screws.
Portable Sauna Installation
There are two types of portable saunas: tent-type mobile saunas and trailer-type mobile saunas. Tent-type mobile saunas require simple assembly, while trailer-type mobile saunas are generally installed when purchased, and a heater also needs to be installed.
Tent-style mobile sauna:
Before tent-type mobile sauna installation, prepare the tent assembly parts and the matching heater.
Step 1: Connect the tent frame with the corresponding connector.
Step 2: Put the tent on the frame from bottom to top.
Step 3: Connect the steam engine and the tent with a rubber steam pipe, and add appropriate amount of water to the steam engine.
Step 4: Place the tin foil bottom mat and folding chair at the bottom of the tent, plug in the power supply, and use the remote control if you have one to adjust the temperature.
Trailer-mounted mobile sauna:
Due to the particularity of the trailer mobile sauna room, it is sold in a basically installed form, but the heater still needs to be installed. The following are the steps for installing the heater.
Before heater installation, assemble the heater first, and then check whether there is space for the heater outside the sauna room. If there is space, you need to install the heater outside. If there is no space, choose the heater position in the middle of the sauna room.
Step 1: Install the insulation board and bottom plate behind the heater.
Step 2: Place the wooden pad with screw holes behind the heater.
Step 3: Install the sauna heater. If it is a wood-burning heating stove, you also need to install the smoke exhaust pipe.
