Material Cutting

The first step in creating a high quality sauna begins with rigorous raw material selection. We insist on using natural, environmentally friendly, and durable woods, such as Canadian hemlock, Japanese spruce, red cedar, and pine. These woods are dried at high temperatures, resistant to heat and moisture, and resist deformation and cracking, making them suitable for sauna environments.
Furthermore, all wood is sourced from suppliers certified for sustainable forest management, such as FSC, to ensure compliance with international environmental standards. Before entering the production process, we screen the wood, removing dead knots, cracks, and insect holes, and then sorting and storing them accordingly to ensure that every piece of wood meets high standards.

Paneling

The finger-jointed panels we use require high precision toothing of the wood ends to ensure a tight, secure connection. During the splicing process, we use environmentally friendly, heat resistant, and moisture-resistant glue, which is cured under constant pressure to ensure full penetration and a stable bond.
We maintain strict quality control, ensuring that the wood we use is carefully screened and thoroughly dried to prevent deformation. Each batch of panels undergoes a gluing strength test to ensure a secure joint and prevent loosening.

Grinding

We rigorously control the quality of our polishing process from the cutting stage. After initial processing, each piece of wood undergoes a first round of sanding to remove burrs and sharp corners and ensure a smooth surface.

During the pre-assembly stage, we perform a second round of fine sanding on the joints and edges to ensure a smoother feel and prevent scratches or irritation during use. Throughout the sanding process, we select the appropriate sandpaper grit and follow standardized procedures to ensure the natural and smooth surface of each panel, guaranteeing the high quality sauna.

Assembly

During the assembly phase, we conduct a pre-assembly inspection of structural components, such as wooden boards and stools, to confirm the overall dimensions, stability, and installation quality. During this process, we typically do not use steel straps for securing.
This is because steel straps experience irreversible wear during tensioning and removal, and their reusability is limited.
To balance securing effectiveness and material protection, we employ other, gentler methods for temporary positioning. This ensures the pre-assembly process accurately replicates the installation state without compromising the quality of the final panel.

Appearance Inspection

Quality inspectors conduct a comprehensive inspection of the product surface from five dimensions to ensure the wood grain is naturally smooth, free of scratches and oil stains, that the glass door is intact, and that the hardware is accurately installed. This ensures that the finished product is of the highest quality.

Packaging and Shipping

The final step is packaging and shipping. Before packaging, we double-check that the accessories list is complete and the product labeling is accurate. According to different transportation distances and methods, choose corresponding reinforced packaging strategies, such as wrapping with pearl cotton, packaging with wooden frames, etc., to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
