Initially, the customer wanted a cedar sauna. However, we explained in our meeting that cedar materials are currently very expensive, and we strongly advised against it. When we quoted the price for the cedar cube sauna, the customer hesitated. In response, we quickly recommended Thermo-pine, a highly affordable and excellent alternative.

Our Thermo-pine undergoes a high-temperature treatment process that alters the wood’s chemical composition in an oxygen-deficient environment, making it more stable and corrosion-resistant. It has a similar appearance to cedar, with beautiful coloring, but the pine material is harder and more durable. Additionally, it performs exceptionally well for outdoor use.

The customer ultimately chose Thermo-pine, and we assured them that we would select the best materials to craft their custom cube sauna.

Once the product is completed, our sales team promptly visits the factory to conduct a thorough inspection and take photos. Here’s the process:

1. Inspection: We first check whether the product is complete and free from defects.
2. Material Quality Check: We ensure that the materials used in the sauna are of the highest quality. If any materials do not meet our standards, we replace them.
3. Taking Photos: We then take photos and send them to the customer for reassurance.
4. Professional Photography: Our factory hires a professional photographer to capture high-definition images of the product from all angles, including detailed shots of the sauna.
5. Photo Delivery: We provide these high-quality photos to the customer, helping them promote and advertise the sauna on their website.

Cube Sauna Room Packaging and Delivery

Our sauna rooms go through a key process: assembly in the factory to ensure that all accessories are complete, followed by disassembly for packaging and delivery. During this process, customers are welcome to video chat with us anytime to see the progress of their products.
