Alphasauna Urgent Task to Expand Export Team

With the increase in customer inquiries, our current sales representatives were unable to meet the growing demand, and it became urgent to expand the export department. To solve this problem, I contacted my university professor, who kindly helped to spread our job advertisement among senior students majoring in International Economics and Trade – which was a perfect match for our job requirements.

Meet Our First New Team Members in Two Years

Fortunately, on December 5th, 2018, a brave girl named Jomie joined our team. Traveling 600 kilometers to take up the position, she shared that her decision was simple: she loved the job and quickly adapted to our team’s working environment. Jomie later introduced her classmate, Linda, who joined on December 13th, 2018. Linda, an open-minded and cheerful individual, seamlessly integrated into the team and quickly became competent in her role.

One week later, Linda introduced her university idol, who, after an interview, became our next excellent team member. Candice, the final addition to our new sales team, stood out as a diligent and considerate individual. She offered valuable suggestions to improve our documents and website and shared with me: “Thank you, Kitty, for giving me a platform to know what I truly want.”

With determination and willpower, they can accomplish great things. These special days of organizing training sessions and sharing experiences have taught me a lot, and I deeply appreciate my girls and my team.
