Barrel Hot Tub​ Order from Brunei

This Brunei customer ordered a sample of a barrel hot tub for his hotel on October 10th, 2018. He runs a hotel in Brunei that primarily serves European customers and has received feedback from the European market indicating that wooden hot tubs are highly popular with his clientele. As a very religious businessman, he wanted to inspect the barrel hot tub product himself before confirming the order.

We picked him up from a nearby station and guided him through a tour of our showroom and factory. He was clearly impressed by our beautiful showroom and the variety of stylish sauna products on display. He expressed his surprise at the range of high-quality sauna products we offer. When he inspected his order—the barrel hot tub (dia. 1800*1000MM) with an external stainless steel wood-fired stove—his happiness was evident, and he couldn’t hide his joy. He was extremely satisfied with the material quality and craftsmanship.

He commented that Alphasauna’s products are a strong presence in the European market, especially the barrel hot tubs, which impressed him with their durability. He was particularly amazed by the strength of the bands, bolts, and the excellent stainless steel screws used. He was completely convinced of the quality of Alphasauna’s barrel hot tubs.

He agreed to do an interview for Alphasauna and mentioned that if his friends in the hotel industry learned about our products, they would definitely want to purchase from us. Additionally, he expressed interest in becoming the sole agent for Alphasauna products in Brunei.
