Zongzi, a traditional delicacy, holds multiple meanings during the Dragon Boat Festival. Firstly, it symbolizes driving away evil spirits, particularly dragons. Secondly, it serves as a commemoration of Qu Yuan, a symbol of patriotism.

Lastly, it represents the upholding of traditional values and customs. The shape and fillings of zongzi vary, ranging from triangular to four-cornered, and from sweet to savory, making it a delightful treat for everyone.
